Job Description :

This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in property sales, rentals, or acquisitions. You will leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships, identify and qualify leads, and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients (individuals, families, investors) seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties in Dubai.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on Dubai’s real estate trends, property values, and legal procedures
• Qualify leads and identify client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to property sales, rentals, and acquisitions.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and sharing market knowledge.
• Identify potential new business opportunities and contribute to Gaj Properties’ growth strategies.

Required Skills :

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a successful real estate sales, rentals, or acquisitions role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving client satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including current trends, regulations, and property types.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant real estate software.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
